“Sleep Through The Static” is a mediocre album, leaving me in a state of melancholy loneliness that can only be remedied by listening to earlier albums like “Bushfire Fairytales”, “In Between Dreams”, “On and On” and “Curios George” – all are Johnson’s previous albums. I am not a Jack Johnson junkie though I have to admit that I have all his previous albums and there is no doubt that he, as a performer was one of those certified audiophiles, but there’s really nothing much on this album. It was a shame for me because I pre-listen all the 30-seconder preview of the tracks and I must say that I got curious so I bought the album. Ironically, I totally lost interest on the whole album after I played all the tracks not just once but thrice with the benefit of the doubt that somehow it might got my heart again. Nevertheless, Jack Johnson’s fifth album entitled: “Sleep Through The Static” up now for download here. Hit “http://hethler.blogspot.com” once the system prompts for password upon file extraction. On the positive note, Johnson’s album tops both Amazon and iTunes music store so there must be “something” that fellow listeners has found on this album (or yet to unfold before their ears…) that I don’t.

Team Kakashi along with Rock Lee were assigned to protect the Prince of the Land of the Moon – Michiru. After returning to their land, the team finds that the country has been taken over by Shabadaba – a former friend of Michiru. Shabadaba hired three powerful ninja to assist him of disposing and eventually killed the king. After the successful disposal of the king, the group planned same thing of disposing Michiru and his son Hikaru being next to the throne. This is an essay written by Jaeyoun Kim, a Korean student and I want to share this with you. This should be a wake up call to every Filipino. Simple yet powerful. Never mind the grammar; it’s the CONTENT that counts.

My Short Essay About The Philippines

Filipinos always complain about the corruption in the Philippines. Do you really think the corruption is the problem of the Philippines? I do not think so. I strongly believe that the problem is the lack of love for the Philippines.

Let me first talk about my country, Korea. It might help you understand my point. After the Korean War, South Korea was one of the poorest countries in the world. Koreans had to start from scratch because entire country was destroyed after the Korean War, and we had no natural resources.

Koreans used to talk about the Philippines, for Filipinos were very rich in Asia. We envy Filipinos. Koreans really wanted to be well off like Filipinos. Many Koreans died of famine. My father & brother also died because of famine. Korean government was very corrupt and is still very corrupt beyond your imagination, but Korea was able to develop dramatically because Koreans really did their best for the common good with their heart burning with patriotism.

Koreans did not work just for themselves but also for their neighborhood and country. Education inspired young men with the spirit of patriotism. 40 years ago, President Park took over the government to reform Korea. He tried to borrow money from other countries, but it was not possible to get a loan and attract a foreign investment because the economic situation of South Korea was so bad. Korea had only three factories. So, President Park sent many mine workers and nurses to Germany so that they could send money to Korea to build a factory. They had to go through horrible experience.

In 1964, President Park visited Germany to borrow money. Hundred of Koreans in Germany came to the airport to welcome him and cried there as they saw the President Park. They asked to him, ‘President, when can we be well off?’ That was the only question everyone asked to him. President Park cried with them and promised them that Korea would be well off if everyone works hard for Korea, and the President of Germany got the strong impression on them and lent money to Korea. So, President Park was able to build many factories in Korea. He always asked Koreans to love their country from their heart.

Many Korean scientists and engineers in the USA came back to Korea to help developing country because they wanted their country to be well off. Though they received very small salary, they did their best for Korea. They always hoped that their children would live in well off country. My parents always brought me to the places where poor and physically handicapped people live. They wanted me to understand their life and help them. I also worked for Catholic Church when I was in the army. The only thing I learned from Catholic Church was that we have to love our neighborhood. And, I have loved my neighborhood. Have you cried for the Philippines? I have cried for my country several times. I also cried for the Philippines because of so many poor people. I have been to the New Bilibid prison. What made me sad in the prison were the prisoners who do not have any love for their country. They go to mass and work for Church. They pray everyday.

However, they do not love the Philippines. I talked to two prisoners at the maximum-security compound, and both of them said that they would leave the Philippines right after they are released from the prison. They said that they would start a new life in other countries and never come back to the Philippines.

Many Koreans have a great love for Korea so that we were able to share our wealth with our neighborhood. The owners of factory and company were distributed their profit to their employees fairly so that employees could buy what they needed and saved money for the future and their children.

When I was in Korea, I had a very strong faith and wanted to be a priest. However, when I came to the Philippines, I completely lost my faith. I was very confused when I saw many unbelievable situations in the Philippines. Street kids always make me sad, and I see them everyday. The Philippines is the only Catholic country in Asia, but there are too many poor people here. People go to church every Sunday to pray, but nothing has been changed.

My parents came to the Philippines last week and saw this situation. They told me that Korea was much poorer than the present Philippines when they were young. They are so sorry that there are so many beggars and street kids. When we went to Pasangjan, I forced my parents to take a boat because it would fun. However, they were not happy after taking a boat. They said that they would not take the boat again because they were sympathized the boatmen, for the boatmen were very poor and had a small frame. Most of people just took a boat and enjoyed it. But, my parents did not enjoy it because of love for them.

My mother who has been working for Catholic Church since I was very young told me that if we just go to mass without changing ourselves, we are not Catholic indeed. Faith should come with action. She added that I have to love Filipinos and do good things for them because all of us are same and have received a great love from God. I want Filipinos to love their neighborhood and country as much as they love God so that the Philippines will be well off.
I am sure that love is the keyword, which Filipinos should remember. We cannot change the sinful structure at once. It should start from person. Love must start in everybody, in a small scale and have to grow. A lot of things happen if we open up to love. Let’s put away our prejudices and look at our worries with our new eyes.

I discover that every person is worthy to be loved. Trust in love, because it makes changes possible. Love changes you and me. It changes people, contexts and relationships. It changes the world. Please love your neighborhood and country.
Jesus Christ said that whatever we do to others we do to Him. In the Philippines, there is God for people who are abused and abandoned. There is God who is crying for love. If you have a child, teach them how to love the Philippines. Teach them why they have to love their neighborhood and country. You already know that God also will be very happy if you love others. That’s all I really want to ask you Filipinos.

The episode title says it all; the opening was a tear-jerky as Kinue – Saji’s sister died from previous attack. And then the battle between Gundam commence. The HRL are now up against Celestial Being, during the fight, the Celestial Being’s system suddenly went offline because of Livonze’s intrusion via Veda’s system. The four Gundam Meisters were outnumbered by their enemy and just in time Sumeragi was able to shift with their reserve system. Though they regained backup from the system, Tieria remained shocked and noted that Veda has really abandoned the Celestial Being. While one of the flag Gundams was about to attack Virtue, Lockon protected Tieria and sacrificed himself. Triggered by far anger, Setsuna along with Lockon and Allelujah were able to make their enemy rise a white flag. Simple Plan released their self-titled third album last February 12th. I have waited for this album to come out but after I listened the whole track in the album it was a big disappointment. The songs and lyrics weren’t nice at all and they’re beginning to sound less like them and more like some rock band. Okay, I’ll give you guys a hint. The first single “When I’m Gone” was good, and then there’s the second single by the title of “Your Love Is A Lie”, well I must say that the beat of the song was very similar to Greenday’s Boulevard of Broken Dreams. So bottom line, am confused if I should recommend this album or not, this album is simply too different from albums that they had done before. The album as far as I know is doing very well on Amazon and iTunes store so you don’t to have believe and everything that I am saying here. Zetsu wonders what up on Sasuke’s sleeves and he then concluded that Sasuke’s earlier attack on Itachi wasn’t aim for him and that he blasted the ceiling on purpose. Zetsu [2] doesn’t get the idea of blasting it off so Zetsu [1] explained that Sasuke blasted it off on purpose to create thunderclouds. Furthermore, Zetsu [1] continues explain that instead of using his (Sasuke) own chakra, he’s going to channel enormous power from the sky to create a lightning-element jutsu. Sasuke later on named this technique as “Kirin” then formed a Chidori, points on the sky and a lightning creature flies from the sky and to eventually obliterate Itachi. After the massive explosion, Itachi was seen lying face down on the rubble while Sasuke noted that it’s finally over and he win. From the void, a voice was heard stating if that was what he saw in your vision of his death [referring to Sasuke], the younger Itachi was surprised with Itachi as he rises from his feet and he suddenly activates his level 2 also showing Orochimaru’s both eyes this time. A phantom skeletal chest then surrounds Itachi and states that without this, he would have been dead. Itachi then named his final jutsu as “Susano”. Team Kakashi was finally able to catch up with Sai while the latter acknowledged Yamatos’ effort to actually find him and smart enough not to be fooled by a fake corpse. Naruto – hot tempered as ever confronts Sai and comments that he’s a traitor. Sai on the other hand, comments that he should lower down his voice a bit or else something bad will really happen, referring to their possible presence discovery from Orochimaru or Kabuto, Kabuto which is on his way to his room to pick-up the documents. Later on, the three commented that they have discovered Sai’s real mission but Sai denied that Danzou wasn’t plotting anything with Konoha with help from Orochimaru but after Sai could finish his line, Naruto breaks in and said that he’s untrustworthy as ever. Sai was in fact can’t hide their true intention anymore with the mission and finally admitted that yes, they are brewing up something against The Leaf and at the same time a spy to Orochimaru. With all the accusations. Sai remains calm; we then learned from Yamato that Sai underwent special training at the “Blood Mist Village” that eventually sealed away all his emotions. Later on, we learned that the book was supposed to be his gift for his brother but even before he could finish off the remaining pages, his brother died from a disease. Moreover, they treated each other as real brothers even if they aren’t at all and that he got confused what to draw on the remaining pages after his brother died. We then cuts to Kabuto who is nearly approaching Sai’s room, when he reaches the room it was empty, the four were able to get out just in time then we see Sai now tied with a wooden rope. Naruto got too excited and said its time to save Sasuke but Sai disagreed and told him that he should give up already but Naruto positively said that he’s desperate on getting Sasuke back because it was Sasuke who acknowledged him more than anyone else and he’s a friend which he have form a bond with. Ichigo released his Bankai and after a massive explosion, Ulquiorra was surprised that a “hollow” Ichigo appears before him. Ulquiorra was able to prevent the attack or maybe not since he was thrown meters away with Ichigo’s unimaginable strength which Ulquiorra recognized as exactly the same reiatsu that they [Espada] posses. Ichigo once again charge Ulquiorra with his Getsuga Tenshou, where the latter came to his defense with his right hand, but he wasn’t able to handle the superhuman strength and uses his both hands to prevent the attack. Ulquiorra was presumed defeated and as Ichigo’s mask starts to wear off, Nel came out worried about Ichigo. When Ichigo and Nel were about to go to Rukia’s whereabouts, Ulquiorra stand up, and acknowledged Ichigo’s strength. Now it’s his time, he charges Ichigo with a green shaft of light that even gets through thru the wall. Ichigo tried to runaway but Ulquiorra was able to catch up with him and kicked him really strong. Ulquiorra again acknowledged Ichigo’s strength but at the same time warned him that this time around he won’t be able to dodge his attack anymore. Ichigo now gasping charged his sword to Ulquiorra and comments that he won’t give up that easy, but the sword revealed what’s behind Ulquiorra’s clothes – he’s Espada #4. Ulquiorra introduced that he was actually Espada #4 which literally means that he’s the 4th strongest person among Espada. He charged against Ichigo using his left hand and reaches for Ichigo’s heart while commenting that he – Ichigo can’t defeat him, and if ever he could, Ichigo doesn’t stand a chance for the top 3 remaining Espada’s. Ichigo then comes back to his normal ryoka state and Inoue too was alarmed with the fading reiatsu. We then cuts to Renji still fighting Syazel which the latter comments that the former suddenly gone crazy after hearing the news that his comrade Rukia died after the battle. But no matter how Renji charges against Syazel, it’s futile since Syazel was able to get a hold of Renji’s information from before and able to learned some facts from it. Syazel then summoned Fraccion – an Arrancar subordinates and #8 Fraccion charged against Renji. We then cut to Menoly and Lumina who snuck into Inoue’s room and blurted out that her friends came in to Hueco Mundo to rescue her, in the end, their real motive was to beat her up as the ladies comments that Inoue was taking Aizen from them. On the other hand, Syazel and Fraccion #8 were surprised when Renji was able to prevent his attack. Fraccion #8 now went berserk desperate to kill Renji. Glady, Rocky and Cecile, three of the certified Geeks has moved to their new office last week. We’re supposed to have lunch together that week, but unexpected things suddenly pops-up so bottom line was I wasn’t able to join the “Geek Squad” over lunch. So to patch things up, I invited them for a coffee – my treat. It was a lousy Tuesday night – all of us having a hangover from the long weekend. Not to mention that I watched for the nth time previous Gundam series and episodes of Naruto, that’s how boring my weekend was. Anyway, I’m itching to go home early, uhm not to mention that it’s raining outside so it’s really tempting to hug my pillows and have a good sleep. So the agendas, we talked about their new office, paranormal things (third eye, rituals, etc.), our blogs, Multiply versus Blogspot and of course my favorite – anime. Fast forward, though Glady insists that it wasn’t Sarah McLachlan on the background, I am certain that it’s her singing “World on Fire”. The song has a strong recall on me that’s why the conversation was segue to me cleaning my files over the weekend, putting the videos, photos and personal files on the folder. I’ve organized my files over the weekend and able to play some videos I’ve recorded last year, so when I heard Sarah McLachlan over the background I stop and stare (on the wall…) and said I knew this song.

After our coffee, the 3 geek’s heads on their way home while I returned on my post, my hot seat – unfortunately, it’s a long day for me and I still have work that needs to be done. Damn! That song of Sarah was still on my mind, been having LSS so I dig onto my files, lucky me because in an instant I was able to see “that” video that I’ve recorded last year. I am not a very big fan of Oprah but I was able to catch that episode last March 19, 2007 (I am very much sure of the date) where Sarah McLachlan sings “World on Fire”. The episode features Queen Rania of Jordan and President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf of Liberia, Kenya and talks about women empowerment. There’s nothing much on the episode, I just love Sarah’s live performance, and for that, I did wait for long hours for its rerun over StarWorld and recorded Sarah’s performance. The video talks a lot; you should see it for yourself. It’s worth sharing and worth watching. Amaterasu burns out Sasuke’s flame and Zetsu comments on its ability to totally burn up its target even the flame itself. Itachi unleashes Amaterasu against Sasuke as the latter tries to dodge all the attacks. Sasuke still on his level 2 with his wing seems defenseless against Itachi. Itachi was finally able to locked-in Sasuke while the other Zetsu concludes that Itachi won over Sasuke. Itachi moves forward to take Sasuke’s eye but the body disperses revealing a crack underneath. We then see Sasuke buy some time as the Amaterasu wears off, and sever the ground with Chidori and used replacement technique, then fall laid from the room underneath the ground. Sasuke then formed hand seals and unleashed Grand Dragon Fire before Itachi who’s in pain. Attack after an attack, the brother’s collapses and Zetsu comments that the two are probably out of chakra. Sasuke then states that “this” will be his last jutsu, Itachi comments that he’s bluffing. Itachi said that Sasuke used Orochimaru’s special jutsu which in fact consumes a lot of chakra. Sasuke acknowledged that he is indeed almost out of chakra but he didn’t come on their battle unprepared. It begins to rain and Sasuke says that his next jutsu will be impossible to avoid just like Amaterasu and with it, he will reproduce his vision earlier – Itachi’s death. The much anticipated result of the December 2007 Nursing Licensure Examination has been released by Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) yesterday. Funny, because yesterday was our Company’s Performance Appraisal (PA) for 2007, I went home around 5 in the morning just to finished my appraisal and while I am waiting for a queue from my boss, my brother called me up and said that the result is on the internet now, and if I can check it out immediately. I am really nervous that day, not for my appraisal but for the exam’s result, I was hesitant to click this link, honestly I hate surprises and before I could click on this link, I received at least two text messages from my sister asking the same thing – the result of the exam. But before I could check the site, my brother give me a call again to say that it’s okay now that he has the result and my sister did it – finally. Same message I got from my sister which previously sent me sms. Now, all the shaking had fade away and look the result with my very own eyes. My sister’s name was really there via Sequence No. 8317. Right that very moment, I remember my dad; we all know that he really help-out my sister on her exam. My dad would always say when he’s still around and confined on the hospital that he really hopes that my sister would passed the exam that he will always talked about it. My dad passed away last November and the Licensure Exam took place on December. So anyway, after I confirmed the result I then ringed my sister but she’s not answering, she’s on the hospital for 2 days now looking out for my nephew who’s been admitted there for the past two days due to UTI complication. We’ve been waiting for the result since first week of February but she has no idea that it was released yesterday so while the rest of the family is shaking and going nuts, she’s there and clueless. Up to now, the family is still on cloud nine, it feels good and we really offer this to my dad and of course to the Lord. Again, congratulations to my sister Rennalleene de Chavez. “We Belong Together” from the movie “Tristan & Isolde” was the very last song I’ve heard from Gavin DeGraw. He’s been out for a while, working really hard for his sophomore album coming out very soon, no surprise all his songs are awesome. After the “Chariot” success way back 2004, Gavin – who diverse fame and true attention is back once again with his self-titled sophomore album with lead off song “In Love With A Girl”. What’s good about Gavin is that he don’t rush everything, he don’t put up an album year after year, he really sits down, brainstorm and effectively writes wonderful lyrics that you can most of the time relates to it. This man is a genius and now Gavin is back via “In Love With A Girl” released on iTunes and Amazon store just before the Valentines Day, a perfect song for a lovers! The single “In Love With A Girl” up now for download here. I’m telling you, you will easily fall in love with the song.

Renji charges his bankai against Espada No. 8 Szayel Aporro Granz but the attack was futile. Szayel was able to get a hold of Renji’s bankai data thus give him room to study the information. Renji fought before with Szayel‘s older brother Yylfordt that’s why he’s able to gain information from him. We’ve seen on the previous episode that Aareniero lose to Rukia and the rest of the Espada were able to sense the happening and was alarmed. Going back to Renji and Szayel’s fight, the latter seems losing but it was a bluffed after all. Along the fight, two Arrancars appear before Szayel announcing the death of Aareniero and apparently Rukia. Though Szayel told Renji that his bankai won’t work against him, Renji was able to put scratch on Szayel, the news triggered Renji and went berserk. Ishida with Pesche also sensed Rukia’s reiatsu and while gazing for a moment, Ulquiorra appear before Ichigo still with Nel and confirmed that Rukia was dead. On the other hand, Inoue – still confined on a secret room, also felt the passing of Rukia’s reiatsu. Ichigo came to the rescue to confirm Rukia’s death but Ulquiorra provoked to fight him since he’s an enemy. Ichigo turned down Ulquiorra because for him he hasn’t harmed any of his friends. With that said, Ulquiorra admitted to Ichigo that it was him who forced Inoue to come with him to Hueco Mundo. I haven’t seen the movie sequel yet, but the album cover was kinda catchy and sexy that I can’t resist buying it. The album Producers did a very good job on the selection of great hip-hop and R&B songs and put up in this album altogether. I wish there’s a time machine that would eventually take me to this date: May 20th. What with the date? I am very vocal ever since that whenever I would sign up for an online community, I would say Jason Mraz is my favorite artist ever. Here in our office there are couples of colleague that also love Jason Mraz’ songs that one time when passing by at my place she would say that she saw my iTunes library (via LAN and iTunes Library Sharing) and I have overwhelming number of Jason Mraz songs – songs that aren’t even on Wikipedia album library. Albums like “Homemade” and “Before Rockets and Roosters” and a lot more! I also remember one time when a colleague went to my cubicle and ask if he could have a copy of all my albums, call me selfish but I said to him “you can have all the songs on my library except for Jason Mraz and Gavin DeGraw’s album!” These two, I believe are the finest and most talented artists “that are really destined to be called artist”. Jason Mraz may be gone for awhile, uhm maybe not, because he has some digital albums released via iTunes, but his geeky-fans never abandoned him and will never be. His YouTube Channel is alive and kicking that we – fans can keep an eye on his every video log. We’ve seen his “Crazy-man Ju-ju”series – documenting all the progress on his upcoming album. There’s also his official site which will be having a revamp I guess very soon, and forum to connect fans throughout the globe. So anyway, going back to the question, Jason Mraz was about to release his 3rd studio album entitled: “We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things.” 3 months from now. The very first single of the album is “I’m Yours”. If you’re Jason’s fan, you’ll probably hear that acoustic single two years ago. Said track was previously unreleased not until it was picked up by a Warner Philippines (not sure about the music label) to be on their upcoming Valentine album. Again, the song wasn’t new for us – Jason Mraz fans. It’s been all over YouTube and other streaming site. I’ve been checking out his site and my eye popped-out when it says “Your favorite song is now available on iTunes and Amazon! “I’m yours” is the first single from the upcoming album “We Sing, We Dance. We Steal. Things.” Coming to you May 20th.” What! And there, its really on iTunes, crap! We, here in the Philippines have to wait like 10,000,000 billion years before we can buy digital albums thru iTunes, same for Amazon MP3 store since digital download was initially available only for US residents! Another what! Only if I have iTunes prepaid… shame on me! Shoot! The remedy, why not email my friend Kurt who’s residing in States, and less than 24 hours, here it is, he was able to buy and download the song via iTunes. Whoa, what a relief. Oh man, this is kinda long review for a single track. Yosh! (a Japanese term literally means “okay”), before I give the magic download link, I would say this again and I will never get tired saying this all over again – Jason Mraz is the best musician EVER! I will admit that it took me awhile to decide whether to purchase this album or not, probably because I wasn’t satisfied on her N.B. album. So one day, upon reviewing my Amazon account, I accidentally clicked the link for upcoming album and this certain thumbnail makes me wonder. So being naïve, I crossed upon this album, Natasha Bedingfiled’s “Pocketful of Sunshine” – her third studio album. Unlike on her sophomore album N.B., there is no doubt that for this brand new album, she has immense musical talent. The songs are catchy and at the same time clever. Songs have a wide variety of tonal and vocal qualities making them distinct from each other. As I’ve said on this post, I am not a big fan of Sean Kingston that he is just another rip-off but man, Natasha and he blends very well on “Love Like This”. As I play “Pocketful of Sunshine” over and over, I am sure that I am growing to like this album even more. I am glad that I bought this CD. “Pocketful of Sunshine” of now for download here. Itachi formed hand seals with right eye closed, in which Zetsu declared that the battle between genjutsu is over. He added that the left eye of the Mangekyou Sharingan posses the strongest genjutsu in the form of Tsukuyomi then the right eye wields the strongest ninjutsu known as Amaterasu. As Itachi commence forming seals, Sasuke was able to do his own seals faster than Itachi and instantly summoned a giant shuriken. Zetsu was amazed with Sasuke’s speed that even he wasn’t able to identify what those seals. Sasuke hurls the giant shuriken toward Itachi, the latter ducks but within the floor is another shuriken which Zetsu recognized at Shadow Shuriken no Jutsu. Itachi was able to avoid the attack but Sasuke pulls a wire connected to the blades of the shuriken which come flying back to Itachi. The blade then spears Itachi’s leg and Zetsu was stupefied of what’s happening to Itachi. Itachi started feel dizzy after removing the blade. Sasuke recognizes the Tsukuyomi side effects on Itachi, while Zetsu considered Sasuke as has the advantage on the battle but the other Zetsu tells otherwise. Sasuke took the advantage and fires fire ball against Itachi, the latter was able to dodged the attack but Sasuke appears before him as he charging Chidori. Itachi counters the attack by using the same fire ball technique but Sasuke was able to activate his level 2 cursed and his wings comes into his defense. The brothers tried to outwit each other by using the Uchiha’s signature technique – fire ball. When Sasuke seems of having the advantage on the fight, Itachi again closes his right eye, and a blood drips from it. Suddenly, a huge black flames flies toward Sasuke. Team Kakashi heads out to Orochimaru’s lair, while on their way; Sakura promised that this time around they will definitely bring Sasuke back. We then cut to Orochimaru’s lair, Sasuke announced that they are late and he is supposed to teach him a new jutsu. Orochimaru said to take it easy and he has a little present to him – Sai, and thought if they can get along for a while. Outside the hideout is a figure lurking in the bushes which is Captain Yamato’s wood bunshin. Back to the lair, Sai greets Sasuke but even before he say his piece the latter cut his short. Sai recalls how Naruto dislikes him, but he thought he’ll get along better with Sasuke than with Naruto. Sasuke suddenly activates his Sharingan against Sai while the latter was shocked how Sasuke was able to get into his subconscious. Orochimaru asks Sai not to bother Sasuke because he’s even hot tempered than him. Sai on the other hand, tells Sasuke that Naruto and Sakura been searching for him for the past 2 years and how Naruto look up to Sasuke as his real brother. Sasuke acknowledged Naruto but insisted that he only has one brother that he wanted to kill. Orochimaru handed to Kabuto the files that were sent by Danzou. Team Kakashi on the other finally caught up with Yamato’s bunshin outside Orochimaru’s hideout. But before they enter to the hideout, Yamato handed a pill over Sakura and Naruto for him to be able to detect their whereabouts when they split up, a seed that serves as a tracking device that only resonates with his chakra. Yamato was able to plant this pill over Sai when they took a break at the hot spring. Infiltration on Orochimaru’s lair and search for Sasuke commence! Rukia feels sorry that his former comrade Shiba Kaien body was consumed by Arrancar Aaroniero. Rukia killed Shiba after the latter being possessed by a hollow which open up windows for Aaroniero to finally take charged of Shiba’s body and not to mention his powers. Aaroniero took charged against Rukia and his blade was able to break hers and eventually her flesh. We then have some flashback during their apprenticeship days. Well, most of the episode was eaten up by flash back. Back to the cliff-hanger fight between the two, Aaroniero was about to give the final blow to helpless Rukia, suddenly, Rukia grabbed Aaroniero’s sword and mumbles about “something that she remembered”, she casted at least two spells and her broken sword resurface before Aaroniero’s forehead destroying Aaroniero and again revealing his/her true form. Rukia recalls that Aaroniero’s head which also serves as their heart happened to be their weak point. The revealed Arrancar’s true form begged off for Aizen to save them, but the twins died. Rukia on the other hand, gasping for her breath recalls what Shiba said to her before not to die yet alone. Rukia exactly feels the same being on Orihime Inoue’s shoes, and she promised that she’s on her way to save her, but before she could deliver her promise Rukia passed out. Josh Kelley’s “Special Company” is the very first album I bought this year, thanks to Amazon because I have remaining gift certificate last year that’s good enough to purchase this audio CD along with Natasha Bedingfield’s “Pocketful of Sunshine” which will be available here soon for download so you better keep in touch. Moving on with the album review, Josh Kelley continues to deliver fresh songs that sometimes serious but most of the times very humorous. The development of his 4th studio album “Special Company” has been a work in progress over a long period of time. His last song that stuck on my mind was “Almost Honest” which was included on Smallville Vol. 2 Soundtrack: The Metropolis Mix. I really appreciate this album believe me but I’ve found some flaws or possible rip-offs for several tracks. The first track “Two Cups of Coffee” is my runaway favorite but the intro beat is very Dashboard Confessional-ish via “Don’t Wait”, the next track “Special Company” on the other hand, has the same beat like “Breathing” from Lifehouse. As the music plays track after track, more rip-off(?) unfolds. “Masterpiece” – copycat of John Mayer’s “Your Body is a Wonderland”, “Lift Me Up” overall of Josh Steven’s album entitled “Red”, “Stay Awake” beat from Michael Buble’s “Everything”, and finally “Hey Katie” from Beatle’s “Hey Jude” only that it is was performed much slower. I guess this particular track was dedicated to his wife Katherine Heigl, popularly known as Izzie from ABC medical drama series Grey’s Anatomy. Though I said that this album might actually a ripped-off album, nevertheless I enjoy listening to it. My favorite tracks for this album would be (1) Two Cups of Coffee; (2) Lift Me Up; and (3) Grey Skies. Album up now for download here. For a while, no one heard much from this American Idol Season 4 winner Carrie Underwood. After her hit single “Jesus Take the Wheel” the initial reaction was only lukewarm and for a moment it looked as though Carrie might disappear into oblivion. Then somehow the torch ballad caught on it and spread like a wildfire. Carrie proved she wasn’t a one-dimensional singer when she became revenge-seeking ex in the smash hit “Before He Cheats”. “Carnival Ride” her sophomore album is more country than her debut album though pop fans shouldn’t find it too hard to swallow. What’s nice about Carrie is the fact that she took it upon herself to become more involved with the songwriting process and she shows genuine confidence while doing so. The first single off the album “So Small” is a cliché but nonetheless popular song that sounds like one of those feel-good morality tunes Martina McBride is so fond of putting out these days. While it is a flagrant example of country music’s tendency to market to a broader mainstream audience, “So Small” will undoubtedly be enjoyed by those who prefer a lighter version of the country genre. While Underwood’s new release is by no means a ground-breaking work, it has its merits and is definitely worth a listen by fans of “Some Hearts”. Carnival Ride is aptly named–its high points are balanced out by low tracks resulting in a merry-go-round that, while fun the first couple times, may get a bit tired for those looking for a true country album. Gundam 00 Episode 18 entitled: “Malicious Target” up now for download here.

Itachi reiterates that nothing can stand against his Mangekyou while plucking out Sasuke’s left eye. Zetsu watches on as Sasuke as the latter looks at the blood in his hand. Itachi moves out to take the other eye but Sasuke activates his level two cursed-seal with his wing in defense against Itachi’s attempt. Itachi then puts Sasuke’s left eye in a container and states that all of it happened because of the gap in their power and in their eyes. In a blibk on an eye, another Itachi grabs Sasuke from behind and the original reaches to remove Sasuke’s remaining eye. Sasuke on the other hand, completes his level 2 transformation but it too late as Itachi already reaches his eye to pluck it out. Suddenly reality becomes a negative image and breaks down leaving a normal Sasuke still with his both eyes as he collpases on the floor. Zetsu still lurking, concludes that Itachi won through his Tsukuyomi and Sasuke should now be immobilized. Suprisingly, Itachi falls on the floor grasping for his eye and acknowledging Sasuke being able to overcome it. Zetsu was surprised how a person with regular Sharingan be able to overcome someone with Mangekyou and concludes that Itachi basically underestimated Sasuke’s power. Sasuke then reiterates that no matter how Itachi uses his eyes against him, his hatread on the other hand will make his own dream into a reality. Itachi stands up and states that he too will make his dream into a reality, that what he saw during his Tsukuyomi ripping off his eye will make into a reality. Zetsu states that Itachi is getting serious this time around and longing to see him use his Amaterasu. The chapter ends as Itachi forms a hand seal and closes one eye. Naruto was alarmed when he learned that it was him who harmed Sakura when he was on his demon-fox state. He has a flash back when he was still with Jiraiya during their training and the same thing happened to Jiraiya but Naruto have no idea of the happening, that’s because once the fourth tails comes out, the container can no longer decipher who are the enemy and his ally; and after Naruto regained his consciousness he’s clueless of what happened. Sai, now with Orochimaru and Kabuto learned that he lost his book when Kabuto tried to stop him during Sai’s conversation with Orochimaru, a book now on Sakura’s possession. Sai’s been keeping that book for a long time and that he doesn’t want to lend it to anyone. The story in the book was kind of mysterious and later on, they came to conclusion that the story revolves around Sai and his brother but missing the ending of the story. Orochimaru’s team on the other hand finally reached their hide-out but they have no idea that they’re being followed by Captain Yamato’s wood bunshin. As they enter on Orochimaru’s lair, a figure unfolds before Sai. The figure with Sharingan eye utters that they are late. The time has finally come to reveal that this guy is Uchiha Sasuke. I’ve been planning to have a new haircut for the past three weeks but because I am too lazy getting up on my bed early, nothing happens. Gundam 00 Episode 17 entitled: “Thrones Assault” up now for download here. Well, what can I say… the Trinity sibling rocks!

Captain Yamato talks about the possibility of Danzou contacting Orochimaru for another coup’ attempt against The Leaf Village by sending out Sai which revealed that Sai’s real mission was to get in touch with Orochimaru. Kabuto, clever as ever noticed that they were being followed and leaved Sai’s corpse. In the end it turned out that it was a corpse of somebody planted by Kabuto. Orochimaru and Kabuto decided to keep Sai for a moment because it might help on their experiment. Naruto and Sakura on the other hand was made to realized that they can’t keep on protecting each other, that at the end of they day, they have mission that’s need to be accomplished, that sooner they have to get strong and surpass their superior which is part of being a ninja. Sasuke challenged Itachi to end the talks and move on with their battle, Sasuke could have seen Itachi’s death with his own eyes but according to Itachi, Sasuke don’t stand a chance because he have his Mangekyou Sharingan and Sasuke don’t. Sasuke removed the bandages on his arms and revealed seals of “sword” and said it’s his hatred versus Itachi’s eyes, and will make his dream a reality thru Itachi’s death. Sasuke then launches shuriken against Itachi but the latter was able to dodged it and deflect to Sasuke. Sasuke charges with his sword but Itachi was able to block it with kunai. A bunshin Itachi then emerges from behind and launches kunai but a snake emerges from Sasuke’s cursed seal in defense. Sasuke throws a giant shuriken and it was able to cut one of Itachi while a Chidori hurls on his left hand. The pierced Itachi then turns into crows and the real Itachi charges Sasuke and kicks him. In a flash, he was able to get a hold of Sasuke on the wall preventing the use of Chidori. Sasuke’s in pain and Itachi reaches towards Sasuke’s left eye to pluck it out. Itachi asks for Sasuke’s forgiveness and states that it is “his” reality that’s going to happen. Naruto Manga Chapter 387 entitled: “Reality” up now for download here.

Team 7 led by Kakashi Hatake was sent to a mission on guarding Yukie Fujikaze while she makes the next movie in the Land of the Snow. Naruto Uzumaki himself was a big fan of the lead actress Yukie Fujikaze, later on, it turned out that the actress Yukie is actually the Princess of the Land of Snow, which was taken over by the leader of the scoundrel ninja Doto Kazahana. Doto wanted to have the crystal necklace to unlock the Land of the Snow’s treasure and eventually succeeded to get a hold of Yukie’s necklace only to discover that the “treasure” is a generator-designed to melt the snow and bring spring to the country. Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, Sasuke Uchiha and Hatake Kakashi are the lead stars on this very first movie installment of Naruto.

Jordin Sparks released her self-titled album just before the Holiday rush last year. There is nothing much on this album; there are only few tracks on this album while rest is just like fillers to fill-in the gap in the album. I am not a big fan of Jordin, my friend Kurt sent me this album via Amazon because he knows that I’m into music and runs a blog doing some rants. But having this album doesn’t change a fact, that for me Jordin Sparks is the worst American Idol winner next to Fantasia. Anyway, as I’ve said earlier there’s a couple of good tracks in this album, one of which is first single “Tattoo” – a well written song featuring a soft and traditional beat and good enough to be the first single, and I was just surprised to see Blake on her music video. “I’ve lived every day of my life hiding a knife behind my back, but the time has come for me to reveal everything…”

Itachi looks on with dimmed vision and says there is one final puzzle piece. A story of two competitive brothers who awakened their Sharingan and eventually obtained Mangekyou. Uchiha Madara and his younger brother had achieved something never before done and took control of their clan. Unfortunately as a side effect of the Mangekyou, Madara’s vision failed him as his eyes were sealed away from the light. He tried to avoid this fate and failed, eventually plucking out his brother’s eyes in desperation. Madara regained his vision and obtained a Mangekyou that would never disappear. Such an ability caused many sacrifices to happen within the clan over time. Using his power he joined with other clans, including the Senju of the Forest, led by the man who would become First Hokage. Together they formed Konoha. Policy disputes arose and they did battle. Madara lost but still lives. He formed Akatsuki from behind the scenes and eventually directed the Kyuubi to attack Konoha but sadly he was stopped again, this time by the Fourth Hokage. Itachi then states that Madara is a unworthy shadow of his former self; and the only one who can surpass him is he himself. He maniacally yells that Sasuke himself will be his chance to grow. Since the beginning, the Uchiha have killed their friends to develop Mangekyou and their siblings to make it eternal. He offers that their clan has been tainted with blood and once Sasuke is dead, he can go beyond the limits of his own capacity with his brother’s eyes. Thus each brother is a spare, and that is why he left Sasuke live. A double-eyed specter begins to reach out for Sasuke’s eye but he disperses the illusion. Sasuke removes his cloak and states it was all for this moment. Closing his eyes he thinks back over his pledge to kill Itachi. He opens his eyes and states “it finally ends here…”. Dear Loyal Naruto Shippuuden Readers,

Let us all welcome “Peeked” my newest photo blog that will ONLY feature “Raw” and “Unedited” photos taken by yours truly. This is in line with my dream of pursuing my photography talent, so for a starter, I’ll open up this photo blog to blog about photos that interests me and hopefully everything will follow.

“Boys Like Girls” band is one of those emo genre that seems to have taken over the radio mainstream for the past two years or so, and there are so many bands who take a while to get a break with that kind of sub-genre. So far, I am enjoying their music and their tracks will probably stay on my playlist. The band didn’t really get any attention with their debut album until the release of their second single “The Great Escape”. Anyway, their self-titled album up now for download here. Alicia Keys held it down for the past years bringing a needed vibe and sense of back to basics to R&B and music in general. Now, she returns with her third studio album “As I Am“. The album itself experienced breakaway success levels especially considering the current musical doldrums we are in. This CD does find Alicia experimenting with some of her tried-and-true, but it also sees her experimenting slightly dabbling rock and alternative musical avenues. Overall, the album is good because it’s one of the few breaths of fresh air we have had in 2007. I just love the first single of the album “No One“. Rock-band Seether released their 3rd major studio album dubbed as “Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces“. Singer/guitarist Shaun Morgan said “We explored our melodic side a little bit more, and as a result, I believe this is our best collective effort to date. It may come as a surprise to some, but we feel like we’ve grown and are starting to find our place with regards to the sound of the band”. The first single “Fake It” already out. Sasuke’s kusanagi runs thru Itachi, then he remembers the latter’s words after the Uchiha clan massacre. Sasuke then demands to know the third person capable of Sharingan that Itachi mentioned on the day of the massacre, and states that he’s next after he kill Itachi. Itachi wonders if he’s match with him, then later states that it is Madara Uchiha. Sasuke then recalls his conversation with the Kyuubi, where the latter mentioned about Madara. Itachi states that Madara is one of the Leaf Vilage’s Founding Fathers and the first person ever to awaken the Mangekyou Sharingan. Sasuke yells that it is impossible as he would be long dead. Itachi says he can’t make him believe and Sasuke states that he’s tired of his lies. Itachi then defined that as a reality – how people live ther lives, bound by what they accepts as correct and true. Sasuke suddenly turns from the chair to hurl Chidori towards another reclining Itachi. Sasuke states that he’s eyes are wide open now and sees thru his Genjutsu and asks if Itachi’s done playing. Itachi on the other hand, states that Sasuke still doesn’t have the same eyes as he. Sasuke then dares Itachi to use his Mangekyou Sharingan on him or is he too strong to handle. Zetsu then emerges on the wall, waiting too long for the two to fight ans states that they haven’t move an inch, and just fighting thru genjutsu. Itachi revealed that the moment Mangekyou awakens, the journey to darkness commence. Sasuke knows that in exchange for controlling the Kyuubi, one will go blind. Itachi was impressed that Sasuke actually read the scrolls in the Clan’s secret shrine. Itachi then rises and walks towards Sasuke who in turn asks who Madara is. Itachi states Madara is the only man to tamed the Kyuubi and controlled it like a pet. The one who acted his personal mentor and accomplice, and the only man to learn the Sharingan’s final secret. I don’t know if there’s something wrong with FeedBurner but it’s kinda weird. Upon previewing my Naruto Shippuuden posting, I noticed that I have “377 readers” via RSS which is a BIG troll. Normally, I have an average of 50 viewers a day, and the gap between 377 and 50 was far too BIG. I checked my FeedBurner account via their website to check the stats and it tells the same thing. What really happened here?! Anyway, enjoy your week-end everyone!
